I love this pizza oven. I put homemade bread dough with some sauce and cheese (store bought would work great too) and in 12 minutes I have a delicous pizza or flatbread. I can have pizza anytime. I use it a lot, much more than I thought I would and have made all kinds of pizza and flatbreads. It makes a good crust on the bottom. It doesn't heat up the kitchen in the summer. I can just wipe it off to clean it. It has a really good non stick surface. It's heat setting is around 375 to 400 and is not adjustable.

I am so impressed with the performance quality easy, use ease of cleaning and value of the price and money of this great pizza oven that fits right on my countertop. I followed the instructions and heated it up a few times and cleaned it so there would be no lingering taste from a new appliance. This was a big concern for me because I have a really old gas stove that no matter how hard I try to clean. I used olive oil spray and wiped it with a soft sponge and paper towel. Used parchment paper, which I got here in a circle shape and works really well. I let it heat up completely until the green light came on and I used a popular frozen pizza that you could get at any local chain store. It came out so great. I tried to show in the pictures that it got a really nice crust and the cheese melted and it was hot all the way through and delicious. The taste was perfect with no weird oven taste. It didn’t heat up my whole house and it’s energy efficient. I’m very pleased with this appliance and glad that I got it. I recommend it.

We like to cook all sorts of things in these. We crisp up Cuban sandwiches. We cook eggs, especially eggs in a frame or toad in a hole, etc. that uses eggs cooked in the middle of a slice of bread. We usually use these to cook our pancakes as well. It's also good for making steamed fried eggs. It's looks like basted eggs, but without the extra fat. Basically warm it up, add your eggs and just as the whites are beginning to set, add about a teaspoon of water in an open spot and close the lid. You'll get the time to keep the lid closed by trial and error. The steam and upper cooking surface help to cook the whites from the top without needing to flip them or baste them. For cleaning, it is easiest to wipe these out with a paper towel or two while they are still warm, but not hot. Let it cool before you put it away. Great addition for glamping if you have access to a single plug. We also use it for Tex Mex and it's wonderful for browning and heating up anything in a tortilla. Oh yes, it cooks freezer pizza and reheats good pizza very well. We make homemade pizza with this and a bread machine for the dough, and they come out pretty good as well. I would give it five stars on everything, It's a great little 120v addition to our kitchen and camper.

Heated up quickly. Easy to clean, like the old fashioned electric pans/ griddles. Use a damp sponge and wipe. DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER.
VERY IMPORTANT do wipe with oil to keep it nonstick. DEFINITELY set a timer when using so you dont keep opening the lid to check.
Im planning on buying a second unit. Took about 20min to cool down completely so I can clean after use.

Lined with parchment, I added a frozen pizza (already defrosted) then added grated cheese, one thinly sliced ripe tomato and thin slices of a hot chili pepper. Sprinkled a bit of oregano. I had already plugged the cooker in and waited for the green light to come on prior to placing the pizza in and closing the top. I set the timer for ten minutes, then set it again for eight minutes since the fresh tomato had created a little liquid in the center.
DELICIOUS and EASY with no mess or cleaning.
